Keeping fans eagerly anticipating the release, actor Vikrant Massey has finally revealed the new release date of his much-awaited film, The Sabarmati Report, following its third postponement. On Thursday, Vikrant took to Instagram to share a fresh poster of the film, along with its new release date.

In his post, Vikrant wrote, "The burning truth will be out on 15th November! Stay Tuned! #TheSabarmatiReport only in cinemas!" Originally slated for release in May, and then later rescheduled for August 2, the film has now been locked for a November 15, 2024, theatrical release.
Directed by Ranjan Chandel, The Sabarmati Report dives into the harrowing events surrounding the Sabarmati Express incident on the morning of February 27, 2002, near Godhra railway station in Gujarat. In the film, Vikrant Massey portrays Samar Kumar, a local journalist who teams up with a fellow reporter, played by Raashii Khanna, and a senior anchor, portrayed by Ridhi Dogra, to uncover the truth behind the tragedy.
The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Amul V Mohan, and Anshul Mohan, adding to the anticipation surrounding its release.
Meanwhile, Raashii Khanna is also preparing for her next big screen collaboration with Vikrant Massey in Talakhon Mein Ek, which is set to release soon. Additionally, Raashii has a Telugu film titled Telusu Kada in the pipeline.
Vikrant Massey has been earning rave reviews for his performance in the recently released crime thriller Sector 36. Inspired by true events, Sector 36 chronicles the mysterious disappearance of several children from a local slum, and the ensuing investigation by a determined police officer, which uncovers a chilling truth. The film delves into the darker themes of power, crime, and social inequality, with Massey’s role as the police officer bringing a gritty depth to the narrative.
