After years in the K-pop industry and leaving a mark on her U.S tour, the Korean-American singer has now set eyes on the Indian music industry. In 2022, she represented her home state of Oklahoma in the NBC reality series American Song Contest, where she became the show's inaugural winner with her dance-pop song "Wonderland."  

AleXa who is known for her single, 'I'm Okay', 'Distraction' and 'Sick,' made her debut in the music industry in 2019, with a digital single album "Bomb." She has always embraced her ever evolving journey and defines herself as a global artiste. Additional to this, her throughout music career, she has not only made a significant impact on the Korean music industry but has showcased her talent the North American, and now is gearing up for India.

Reflecting her experience of performing in Delhi and Mumbai, AleXa noted that her tour in India had been a crucial pivot for her artistic journey, providing her motivation and confidence for her official debuts. 

Talking about Indian music industry, the artist revealed that she is a sworn fan of the Gully Boy (2019), which deepened her appreciation for pop music, shifting her interest from K-pop to pop ballads. AleXa expressed her fascinating towards the energy and talent of Indian rappers, especially Raja Kumari and Divine in City Slums. 

Moreover, she expressed her admiration for the Indian hip-hop scene and singled out her desire to collaborate with Indian-origin rapper, Divine and Raja Kumari stating "Raja Kumari is a badass and pretty cool–it would be fun to collaborate with her someday."  

Will this dream collaboration become a reality? Only time will tell!
