The brutal assassination of Baba Siddique has sent shockwaves through both the political landscape and the Bollywood community. The prominent politician was shot during a fireworks display marking Dusshera near his son's office. Eyewitnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots, one of which struck Siddique in the chest, leading to his tragic demise.

The notorious Lawrence Bishnoi Gang has claimed responsibility for the murder, which has raised alarm and concern, particularly for high-profile celebrities such as Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, who have received threats from the gang.

Star-Studded Funeral with a Notable Absence

Baba Siddique's funeral was attended by numerous celebrities, including Salman Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Zaheer Iqbal, and Veer Pahariya. However, the absence of Shah Rukh Khan, a close friend of Siddique, left many wondering about the reasons behind his non-attendance.

According to a source close to Shah Rukh, the actor chose to skip the funeral to avoid any potential danger related to the ongoing murder case. This source revealed to Zoom that Shah Rukh was well aware of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang's operations and did not want to become entangled in the aftermath of Siddique's murder, especially given its connections to Salman Khan.

“Shah Rukh Khan doesn’t want to get associated with the politician’s murder case. The case is also related to Salman Khan, and for that matter, he wishes to stay away from this! Knowing how Lawrence Bishnoi’s circuit works, Shah Rukh Khan doesn’t want any harm to come to him. Hence, he has chosen to 'disappear' from the entire matter by skipping Baba Siddique’s funeral,” the source stated.

The Lawrence Bishnoi Gang's Threats

The aftermath of Baba Siddique's murder revealed that the culprits were linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, with the act being described as a contract killing. Following the assassination, a gang member made a Facebook post asserting that the murder was carried out in retaliation for Siddique's support of Salman Khan, suggesting possible ties to notorious criminal Dawood Ibrahim. In a chilling turn of events, the gang issued open threats to Salman Khan and his close associates, including Shah Rukh Khan and Nadeem Qureshi.

A Reflection on Friendship

Baba Siddique was known for his socialite status, famously hosting lavish Iftar parties attended by numerous Bollywood stars. Notably, he played a pivotal role in reconciling Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan during a party in 2013, marking the end of their long-standing feud that began at Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008.
